# Cash on delivery

Shipbubble provides seamless logistics solutions for merchants, including cash-on-delivery services that enhance customer satisfaction by offering flexible payment options and ensuring timely payment collection of merchant goods.

**To begin**

1. Kindly log into your shipbubble dashboard app.shipbubble.com/login.
2. Locate cash on delivery tab on the sidebar menu.
3. Setup your profile, if you haven't set it up.
4. Once your profile is set up, you can enable cash on delivery on your check via the toggle switch provided on the page.
5. You can proceed to[ fetch rates](/api-reference/rates.md) to learn more about how you identify COD shipping rates.
